*A glass of fresh orange juice
*A cup of skim milk

*A cup of baby carrots
*A cup of broccoli
*A small bowl of hummus
*Brown rice and bacon salad
*100 gr. grilled chicken and sweet potatoes
*A cup of veggie soup
*2 pizza slices (ham, vegetables, cheese and yogurt sauce)
*Mediterranean shrimp salad
*Black beans salad (lettuce, black beans, avocado, greens, guacamole, salsa)
*Tofu and greens
*150 gr. grilled salmon
*2 boiled eggs
*Tomatoes and grilled sweet potatoes
*120 gr. grilled garlic chicken
*Pumpkin and cheese (baked)
Following the diet plant for 5 weeks should provide results. Make a one-week break afterwards and you can repeat the process again. If you stick to the above-listed foods, you will be successful.
