Moles, blackheads, dark spots, skin tags, and warts – all these skin problems are quite difficult to eliminate unless you’re ready to spend thousands on plastic surgery. They affect millions of people all around the world and can be caused by a variety of factors. In general, doctors associate their appearance with an unhealthy lifestyle, weakened immune system, hormonal imbalance, and excessive sun exposure as well.
There are many cosmetic products that can reduce the appearance of these problems to some degree, but not all of them work properly. Expensive skin treatments are a better option, but they cost too much. On the other hand, why should you spend your monthly salary on them when you have natural remedies instead? Many natural remedies have been used to stop these problems for quite a long time and you can easily prepare and use them yourself.
Skin Tags
Skin tags appear as a result of excess skin friction and are usually removed surgically or with cryogenic therapy. However, this can leave a scar behind and harm your skin even more. Plus, why subject your skin to that kind of treatment when there’s ACV?
Rubbing apple cider vinegar on your skin tags every day will slowly dry away the skin tags and make them fall off in only 3-4 days! That’s how effective ACV is, and it won’t harm your skin in any way.
Additionally, you can also use a mix of baking soda and castor oil on your skin tags or try removing them with tea tree oil. Although they work slower than ACV, both methods are safe for your skin and will naturally remove the tags in a month.
Warts
Warts are triggered by the HPV virus and can appear anywhere on the body. They seem impossible to remove, but there are actually a few natural remedies which can accelerate their disappearance.
The first one is simple – just rub the inside of a banana peel on your warts every morning and before going to bed and you should see results in only two weeks. ACV can help in this case as well – rub some on your warts 2-3 times per day and they should disappear soon.
Alternatively, taping a crushed garlic piece over your wart and leaving it to work for a couple of hours can remove the growths in a few weeks. Honey works just as good – rub some on your warts, put a bandage over them and let the remedy work overnight.
Moles
Most people think that moles can’t be removed with anything but surgery. However, the reality is different – moles can be removed with the help of the miraculous ACV, garlic, baking soda and castor oil as well.
When it comes to ACV, you know the drill – rub a bit on your moles and repeat the process twice per day for best results. Garlic works great as well – just crush a clove, then apply in on the mole and put a bandage over it. Leave it to work for 3-4 hours, then wash the area with water and repeat the process again during the day.
Finally, baking soda and castor oil create a powerful mixture that can help you reduce the appearance of most skin problems including moles. Mix them so you get a paste, apply it over the moles, then leave the mix to work overnight. Wash the area with water overnight, then repeat the process again the next day.
Clogged Pores
Clogged pores can become a pretty big problem if left untreated for some time. The best way to get rid of them is by steaming. Just fill a big pot with water, then let the steam clean your face for 15 minutes. Wash your face with ACV in the end and the results should be visible immediately.
Sugar scrubs work just as well. Besides cleaning out your clogged pores, they will restore the shine of your skin and make it look much better.
Dark Spots
Dark spots are quite difficult to remove. They usually appear due to sun overexposure, but in some cases, liver problems are to blame – in this case, you need immediate medical treatment. If the problem is caused by sun overexposure, there are a few natural remedies that can help.
Fresh Aloe Vera gel can reduce their appearance pretty quickly – just rub it on the affected area 2-3 times per day and leave the skin to absorb the gel. For this method, it’s best to use fresh Aloe gel form your own plants.
As a natural skin bleacher, lemon juice is great for treating dark spots on the skin. Just squeeze a lemon and rub the juice on your skin – it will make quite the difference in a while.
Onion juice works just as well – just rub it on your dark spots and let it work for no more than 15 minutes. Wash the area with water afterward as you don’t want to keep the onion smell on your skin.
Finally, you can use vitamin C serum to reduce the appearance of dark spots. Besides removing them, it will also do wonders for your skin.
Additionally, you can also mix a bit of vinegar with grated horseradish and use it on the dark spots on your skin. This remedy is, however, pretty harsh on your skin, so we suggest trying the other methods first.
